We Provide Our Students With Hands-On Workshops and Behind the Wheel Instruction
Both our Workshops and Driving School offer relevant instruction to new drivers. Sign up either separately or as part of a package!
I AM READY Workshops include…
- Direct instruction, with one instructor per five students
- Change the tire should they have a flat.
- Where their spare is located.
- Learning when to check tire pressure and tread wear
- Learning how to jump a dead battery safely
- Understanding of different fluids that may be leaking and what that means.
- A journey under the hood of the car.
- We teach you how and when to use all the tools in the “I AM READY” bag and Power Pack (add-on).
- Tips on road safety

- Our instructors are FBI background checked, licensed, and experienced in the art of driving and safety.
I AM READY Driving School offers…
- 8 Hour Behind The Wheel instruction.
- 24-hour online training.
- Pickup at the office or valet services.
- We do not offer in person classroom instruction.
- We offer instruction to brand new drivers in two hour sessions.
- Use of our car for your driving test (add-on)
- Our instructors are FBI background checked, licensed, and experienced in the art of driving and safety.
- Our instructors are patient and calm for nervous drivers.
- Typically short wait times
- Master real world driving skills and anything from parking to highway merging, etc.
- Flexible lesson dates and times.
- We instruct 7 days a week.

As a Parent…
Is there anything more fun (or terrifying) than your child getting behind the wheel for the first time? On the one hand, parents will finally be free of the endless runs to and from soccer practice and kids can finally break free from the terrible burden of being seen in public with their parents. On the other, you have an inexperienced driver piloting a few thousand pounds of steel. What could possibly go wrong?
Well, a lot! So, we have put together a new driver tool kit including helping them understand how to proactively and safely manage common incidents that arise with their vehicle. Preparing them to be a safe and successful driver.

The last thing on your mind as you embark on your newfound freedom is learning more information! Trust us, we understand. However, having lived through these experiences, we firmly believe that prepared drivers are the BEST DRIVERS.
Oftentimes, we fear the unknown. And as a result, we erase it from the forefront of our minds. However, your car will soon become your most valued tool. The one that gets you to and from work,school, and social gatherings. Our program is designed to help you be confident and prepared, if and when the need arises.

What’s included in the registration fee?
Each package has the details of what’s included listed. Multiple packages are available.
How do the students need to dress for class?
Safety is our utmost concern. Be sure to dress in closed toes shoes. Workshops will provide safety glasses and gloves if you want to wear them.
Is this workshop in lieu of driving school?
No, this is an additional class that compliments Driving School. Please see the driving school FAQ for more information.
Do you take Credit Cards?
We accept all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, Discover and Amex. There is a 3% processing fee. We also accept Zelle, cash, and Venmo.
What is your cancellation policy for workshops?
You can reschedule before 24 hours with no additional fee. However, if within 24 hours there is a $49.00 fee to cover the facilitator.

What is your wait period?
Typically, we can get you in within 1-2 weeks. We provide instruction 7 days a week.
What is your cancellation policy?
We provide a full refund within 7 day notification period. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of their appointment are charged $100.
What is required to provide before signing up for the 8 Hour Behind the Wheel course?
Students must have temporary permit and completion of 24 hour online training course. We prefer students to have some or all of their 50 hours completed.
